Last December I wrote a post talking about OmniOutliner and how I wished there’s a better alternative. Then earlier of this year I came across Obsidian! At first I didn’t see how it could be helpful with biblical studies, but after using and tweaking it, I must say it’s the tool I have been dreaming about. Now this make it a lot easier to leave macOS. There are a lot of videos on YouTube that can show you the basics of Obsidian so you should check it out. Here in this quick post I’ll just showcase what it looks like. Currently I’m trying to transfer all my notes (8+ years) to Obsidian, manually. This will take a lot of work. It took me a while to come up with a workflow that is ideal for taking notes for biblical studies in Obsidian.
